Waaaaaaay back in January, we painted some beautiful rocks
and wrote kindness messages on them.
Our intent was to 'hide' them around our school neighborhood so that people would find them and it would help to brighten their day.
Well, the snow came and next the cold temps,
so we had to put our pretty little rocks aside in a basket and keep them for a day like today!!
We had fun taking a walk on this blustery spring afternoon.
The children took turns placing their special rocks
onto the steps and sidewalks around the neighborhood.
We hope that the recipients find joy in their day and enjoy our little rocks as a decoration in their homes or gardens and perhaps wonder WHO the artist was.
Simple acts of kindness make your heart feel good!
Kindness tends to have a ripple effect too:)
