| Last week I introduced a new center...the "Maker's Box." It's filled with recycled materials- lids, tubes, containers of all shapes and sizes, scrap paper, interesting odds and ends, and lots and LOTS of tape. |

| The children draw their plan before they make something...they're practicing many fine motor skills cutting and taping, but also developing critical and creative thinking skills. |

| During our afternoons last week we created natural Autumn sculptures from clay and natural materials. |
