| This beautiful bracelet I received from all of the 4K families was from the Project Grace Foundation. Grace, who has Down syndrome, attended St. Robert School, and her mom created the foundation to support "innovative advancements in education, advocacy and independence for the neuro developmentally diverse population." This gift has very special meaning to me and this cause is close to my heart because one of my children has Down syndrome as well. I am deeply touched. Thank you so much! |
