Valentines Day is a very special day in prekindergarten.
It's a day to celebrate friendships and
love and focus on kindness to others.
We prepared Valentine mail bags a few days earlier.
After we enjoyed a few Valentine-themed centers
we had a special Valentine snack,
but first, we had to dress-up our table.
Everyone pitched in to get the job done!

The BEST part of the morning however,
was the actual Valentine exchange.
Mrs. Jordan demonstrated what to do
as she passed out her Valentines.
The children went down the Valentine line one at a time dropping their coveted Valentine into each little bag.
Peeking into the bag was so much fun!!
Think of the anticipation!
This is serious business!
Such sweetness!
