Water Safety Visitors

Today the prekindergarten children were treated to a special water safety class by the owners of Goldfish Swim School.
They also happen to be the parents of one of our little classmates.
Can you guess who?!
Mrs. C. taught us how to be safe in the water.
 Always wear your life jacket.

 Take swimming lessons.
She taught the children a few basic swim survival strokes
in the event they would fall into the water.

 We learned how to kick.
We even learned how to get out of a pool without a ladder.
We also learned how to float on our backs
and that can keep you safe.
 Everyone practiced floating.
Some of our littles took extra floating precautions.
 The teachers LOVED this rule:)
It's very respectful to follow the rules.
We also learned that we should never jump in the water
to help someone, but throw in a life saver instead.
Oh, oh... who is that peeking in our door??
 It's Bubbles!

Bubbles was so silly!
He loved to dance!!
We got to give Bubbles a high five!

 Thank you, Bubbles!!
 We love Bubbles!!
Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. C.
We sure learned a lot!!
