Friday was 'Read Across America Day' in honor of Dr. Seuss. Although it was an early release day and also a mass morning,
we still managed to sneak in a few Seuss-related activities.
The scrap paper bin came in handy to create crazy
Whoville paper art.
We mixed a bit of salt dough and added pipe cleaners, beads, and plastic straws and came up with Seuss-inspired sculptures.
Of course, we also read a few Dr. Seuss books and decided
that HE had a GREAT imagination and was really creative!!
