Today marks the first day of Lent... Ash Wednesday.
A sad story to share with little ones,
but one they will learn over time.
We began the day by attending mass and receiving ashes.
We ended the day by attending a school-wide retreat.
Our media center was transformed into a
magical space for prayer and reflection.
Beautiful music, images, and quiet activities to engage in.
