We took advantage of a couple of beautiful fall afternoons and each class went on a COLOR HUNT. Our little scientists were equipped with a clipboard, crayon, and recording sheet to gather their data. We learned that any tool used to assist with a task is considered technology. Technology doesn't only mean electronic devices.
We discovered that colors literally exist everywhere.
Upon returning to the classroom, we created a chart of different things we spied on our color hunt.
Each class also created a class book so that we can revisit the experience whenever we'd like. Who knew we were already authors?!?
We LOVE colors!!
