Final Letter Experts...

It has been a fun journey having each child 

take ownership of a letter and sound. 

For the remainder of the year we will engage in 

class activities focusing on sounds.

The children are doing an amazing job learning 

and remembering their sounds. 

Vowels are tricky, but we keep on practicing!

Encourage natural learning and use of sounds to keep 

skills intact over the summer.

Drill and kill is NOT the preferred mode.

Keep it fun, but interact with letters and sounds daily:)

Keep it playful... write chalk letters, play hide n' seek with letters, go on a letter hunt around the neighborhood, go hunting for sounds on your daily walk, etc...
